Large Private swimming pool with amazing uninterrupted mountain views Set on half an acre of garden with sensational 360 degree mountain views surrounded by lovely pomegranate fields in the stunning peaceful Arikbasi area of Dalyan. Dining table and chairs both indoor & outdoor BBQ area as well as a lovely kosk (Turkish cushioned outdoor chill out area) by the pool, sun lounge's and brollies for shade. For your enjoyment we have included in the price: The villa is tastefully decorated and is fitted out with all the mod-cons you could need Utility Room: The villa will also be fully alarmed and have a safe for your use. You will have an agent in the town for any enquires through out your stay that will also be on hand to organise any day trips you may want boat trips, mud baths, etc How to get there Distances Coast/Beach Dolmus bus to and from the beach about 20 minutes. You can also take a journey to the lake with the local boatmen, a swim to cool off or a trip to the hot springs and mud baths. The Beach is rated by some as one of the top ten beaches of the world. Iztuzu Beach, 7km of golden sand, fresh water swimming or salt water swimming You Choose! The return boat journey to the beach costs about150 Lira (about £3.50).The Bus is about 40 Lira return ? There will be a reference book in the villa which will provide further information about the villa and the amenities in Dalyan itself. There are many excursions from Dalyan to places of interest such as Saklikent Gorge and further a field to Ephesus and Cappidocia. There are numerous boat trips to local beaches, the lake and the mud baths at Sultaniye all which can be booked with our agent at a very reasonable rate . Dalyan has banks and a post office for exchanging money. Dalyans large Saturday market sells fruit, veg, spices, leather goods and clothing galore. Be prepared to haggle if you want a bargain! Many activities can be booked in Dalyan including Gullet cruises, white-water rafting, horse riding and jeep safaris
