The villa has 4 double bedrooms downstairs, each with en-suite shower-room (the main bedroom has a Jacuzzi) and dressing room. Each room has doors opening out onto its own large patio or balcony. There is a large (100m2) open plan living room/ kitchen upstairs with balconies to the front and a large balcony with panoramic views at the back.
The exterior of the building is partially clad in the local stonework and has attractive wrought iron work on the balconies. There is a fire-place for burning logs in the winter and each room has an air conditioner which is also a heater. The kitchen is fully fitted (dish-washer, w.machine ceramic hob and microwave, fridge-freezer and electric oven). The villa is a modern design with plenty of space and light. The floors are of the local marble and all the wood-work and much of the furniture is hand made by local craftsmen.
There are sofa beds upstairs for extra children and below stairs the villa will comfortably accommodate 8 people. (Two double beds and four singles). Bedding and towels and pool towels are supplied.
The spacious (1300m2) gardens have a 10 metre swimming pool with a paddling area and a kosh which is a raised Turkish style wooden garden hou se with cushions (for those lazy siestas in the cooling shade). New for 2012 - a brand new kosh! Bicycles are available for your outings to the village and there are little shops nearby for basic needs. If you have not arrived by hire car the local taxis are very good and it is only a few minutes to the local supermarkets and the village itself. We hope you decide to pay Villa Meliha a visit
