This Brand New 2022 Villa is situated just 2 minutes walk from the centre of town. It is set within an enclosed, screened garden with a private sparkling blue pool. The garden is turfed with a few young trees . There is an outside BBQ with an outside shower. There are pool loungers, sun umbrellas and on the covered outside terrace a table and chairs .
Inside on the ground floor you enter through the front door
which leads into a tiled hallway. There is
a separate WC to your left, next to an utility room which has an outside back
door. Alongside that are the stairs and next to the stairs the downstairs
bedroom with an ensuite shower room. On the right of the hallway there are
double doors opening into the living area. At one side is a modern kitchen with
all built in appliances (Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Eye Level Over, Microwave,
Gas hob with extractor above) and an island.
On the other side is a comfortable lounge area with couches and a coffee
table. A glass enclosed fireplace and a TV with satellite connection and DVD
player. WiFi is supplied and is complimentary.
Up the stairs to the first floor where you will find an
additional 3 ensuite bedrooms. The 2 front bedrooms overlook the pool while the
back bedroom has it's own balcony and a view towards the Gulpinar Area. All three bedrooms are tiled, airconditioned
and have double beds. From the landing the front balcony can be reached which overlooks the pool and garden.
Up a further flight of stairs to the attic bedroom, again
ensuite with a shower room and twin beds. Lovely views over the Dalyan rooftops
towards the river.
Additionally we can supply High Chairs and Baby's Cots. We can also arrange airport transfers, various tours and boat trips.
