It has been constructed using the famous white stone of Cappadocia,
imported from over 600 miles away in central Turkey especially to build
Jumali House. Internally, floors and walls are all elegant marble and
Cappadocia stone, giving a spacious, time-less feel, incorporating the
elegance of traditional design with the streamline feel of modern
minimalism.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, 3 on the ground
floor and 1 on the first floor. There is also a bed settee in the living
room so it can comfortably sleep up to 10. Each bedroom has its own
en-suite bathroom, a private balcony, and is air conditioned.
The spacious open-plan living area, which is on the first floor, has a
large balcony overlooking the pool with views of the rock tombs a
perfect location to sit and relax with a glass of wine as the sun goes
down over the river. There are sofas and chairs as well as a traditional
Turkish seating area with Turkish fireplace and floor cushions. There
is Sky TV, a DVD player. The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped
with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. The villa is fully
air-conditioned.
The villa is set in its own private walled garden planted with fruit
trees and palms. The large swimming pool is perfect for pleasant evening
swimming and there is a children's paddling pool at one end. Alongside
the pool is a shower, a barbecue and a shaded gazebo for outside dining.
Sun loungers are also provided.
