This villa was
constructed in 2014 and has been looked after as new ever since.
The villa
has 4 bedrooms which sleeps 8 people. There are also 2 sofa beds in the lounge
to accommodate an extra 2 people.
It is a
modern deluxe villa situated in a Beautiful rural location yet only a 15 minute
walk into the town center (5 minutes by car and bike)
The 4
bedrooms are all ensuite and all are fully air-conditioned.
There is a Large
Private swimming pool which has a fence all the way around for the safety of
small children. The mature, well stocked
garden has amazing uninterrupted mountain views.

an acre of garden with sensational 360 degree mountain views surrounded by
lovely pomegranate fields in the stunning peaceful Arikbasi area of Dalyan.

Dalaman airport 30 minutes drive. (Transfer can be organised at the time of
booking)
Distances
Centre of town is only a 5 minute drive, 20 minutes walk 10 minute bike ride,
local supermarket/selection of restaurants/bank & ATM in the town center
Turtle (Iztuzu) Beach 20 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by water taxi.
Fethiye 45 minutes by private bus.
Marmaris 90 minutes by private bus.
Coast/Beach

Dolmus bus to and from the
beach about 20 minutes.
You can
also take a journey to the lake with the local boatmen, a swim to cool off or a
trip to the hot springs and mud baths. The Beach is rated by some as one of the
top ten beaches of the world. Iztuzu Beach, 7km of golden sand, fresh water
swimming or salt water swimming You Choose! The return boat journey to the
beach costs about150 Lira (about £3.50).The Bus is about 40 Lira return
There are
many excursions from Dalyan to places of interest such as Saklikent Gorge and
further a field to Ephesus and Cappidocia. There are numerous boat trips to
local beaches, the lake and the mud baths at Sultaniye all which can be booked
with our agent at a very reasonable rate . Dalyan has banks and a post office
for exchanging money. Dalyans large Saturday market sells fruit, veg, spices,
leather goods and clothing galore. Be prepared to haggle if you want a bargain!

rafting, horse riding and jeep safaris
