Zumrut Villa (D1)

This villa is situated in a peaceful location, set back from the hustle and bustle of the main areas of Dalyan, yet close enough to stroll to all the shops, bars and restaurants.

The kitchen contains everything needed for a self-catering break including modern appliances - a dishwasher, gas hob and extractor, eye level oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, a water cooler and a family size fridge freezer.

 You will find comfortable furniture in the open plan lounge with a modern TV featuring satellite and capable of chrome cast as well as a HDMI and USB socket for streaming from your devices.  There is also a fireplace for those visiting out of season.

The outside features a private pool which is 50m² with a shallow area for children, or lounging area for adults, with steps leading out of the pool with a handrail as well as an outside shower.  Alongside the pool you will find the BBQ area with its own sink and preparation counter and an al fresco dining area.

A little bit away from the villa is a traditional Turkish Kosh for relaxing on those warm sunny afternoons in the shade with your favourite book.

Other attributes of the villa include:

• The downstairs (Ground floor) bedroom caters for guests with reduced mobility with wider doorways, hand rails in the ensuite and a seat in the shower. Access ramp to the patio and no step up into the villa.

There is a utility/laundry area with a washing machine.

There is an English speaking representative on hand (locally in Dalyan) to help with any questions, issues or just where to find the best cocktails.

The villa consists of five ensuite bedrooms all with high quality beds and mattresses and linen:

·        Bedroom 4 - Twin single beds - Ensuite shower room
